Pinning Down a Discussion Date

Dear Busy Gals Classic Reading Society Members,

It is time to pin down a date for us to discuss our current book selection. So, finish up your reading and lets try to get together on May 16th at Joyce's for the discussion.  Please let us know if that date won't work for you. We really want our devoted readers to attend and contribute to the discussion. Call either me or Joyce and let us know what your schedule is like so we can get together.

Thanks,
Sharon

PS. Watch for another post on what Joyce wants us to bring for the dining portion of our book discussion evening.

This is Kris and I will be there! Just let me know what to bring! I finished the book a few days ago.

I am preparing a traditional main dish of England or( the British) because of the setting of this book. It will be pot roast with carrots and potatoes. Please give me an idea of what you may be bringing.
Traditional English dishes have had competition from other dishes over the years. Despite this, if you visit England, you can still be served up the traditional foods we have been eating for years.
"Harry’s mouth fell open. The dishes in front of him were now piled with food. He had never seen so many things he liked to eat on one table: roast beef, roast chicken, pork chops and lamb chops, Yorkshire pudding, peas, carrots, gravy, ketchup and, for some strange reason, mint humbugs."

Thank you so much for your patience.
i look forward seeing you all.
